The other is state the credit score is free but it comes with a credit monitoring program. The program grants you access to your credit score by signing up for a free trial of a credit monitoring program. This includes entering your credit card and agreeing after so many days of a free trial you will be charge on a reoccurring basis for a credit monitoring program. If you cancel before the end of the free trial you will not be charged and the credit score is in some way free.

As a consumer it is important to know your credit score and check it from time to time. Knowing this you need to make a decision which method you will take.
